View is from a garden patio on the ocean side of a house. The trees are shaped by strong ocean breezes. Fog is common in this area. Without an automatic iris on the camera, it's just a matter of luck that there is the right light contrast to reveal the ocean. This particular area of Pebble Beach receives the full force of any foul weather. The house sits about 15 meters above the ocean on a granite rock table. There are lots of sea shells in the yard carried by splashing waves. Just after sunrise or before sunset you may see a deer strolling by. Try the Homepage for a bigger ocean view.
